Temple is a nice "little" town of approximately 53,000 nestled in the "heart" of Texas. Geographically, we are centrally located 35 miles south of Waco and 69 miles north of Austin just off of IH 35. In Temple, we have the advantage of being about a days drive to the state line in any direction. The country side where we are located, is generally flat with a few rolling hills. The area is predominately farm land, but, there are a few places close that run cattle. The weather is mild most of the time. Spring is usually the nicest time of the year, summer, especially July and August, are very hot and dry. Generally we have no fall and the winters are mild and it is rare that we have any snow. We love visitors and showing off our horses, and if you plan to visit us, please call or make arrangements with us first as we want to be assured we can devote all the time you deserve during your visit.
