Temple is a nice "little" town of approximately 55,000 nestled in the "heart" of Texas. Geographically, we are centrally located 35 miles south of Waco and 69 miles north of Austin just off of IH 35. In Temple, we have the advantage of being about a days drive to the state line in any direction. There is hardly any snowfall.  The country side where we are located, is generally flat with a few rolling hills. The area is predominately farm land, but, there are a few places close that run cattle. The weather is mild most of the time. Spring is usually the nicest time of the year, summer, especially July and August, are very hot and dry. Generally we have no fall and the winters are mild and it is rare that we have any snow.
